Chefs back Australian raw milk cheese campaign

A LINE-up of leading Australian chefs have backed Slow Food’s campaign to allow for the production and sale of Australian-made raw milk cheese. Margaret Fulton, Tetsuya Wakuda, Neil Perry, Justin North, Peter Gilmore and Alex Herbert are among well-recognised chefs who appear in a just-released short film supporting the campaign.
